【張沛森/桃園報導】王家雄(32歲)去年五月六日凌晨駕車行經平鎮市民族路，遇轄區宋屋派出所所長蕭瑞鵬等警員臨檢,因其車為借牌懸掛的權利車,為免遭取締,竟加速逃逸，致撞傷蕭所長。警方調閱監視器循線將他逮捕到案,桃園地檢署依殺人未遂罪嫌起訴。
