助群營造：今年營運重心　同集團自建案

【劉曉霞／台北報導】助群營造(6401)今天舉行股東會，助群業務部副理許明吉表示，今年營運重心會放在同集團的自建案，配合同集團宏盛建設在淡海「宏盛新世界」2期推案，預估該案毛利率約在6%，可望8月正式開工。

許明吉說，配合IFRS上路，未來業績採採成本認列，也就是開工就可開始認列業績，「宏盛新世界」2期主要貢獻將落在明、後年，還將爭取宏泰和宏盛在北投、新莊副都心等地推案。他指出，未來會選擇以毛利高的建案合作。
