公債法修法 蘇治芬張花冠聯手轟不公不義

雲林縣長蘇治芬、嘉義縣張花冠聯手砲轟即將完成修法的「公債法」修正案不公，重六都、輕地方，區域均衡發展成空談。

蘇治芬、張花冠聯合在雲林科技大學召開記者會，對公共債務法修正案，擴大6直轄市舉債空間，縣市人民淪為次等國民，批評是「不公不義」；蘇治芬和張花冠直批政黨協商的公債法修正案，造成直轄市人民每人可舉債額度，是其他縣市人民的2.1倍，呼籲修法方向，應以均衡區域發展為目標，照顧經濟弱勢縣市。
