病情惡化 白宮為曼德拉祈禱

（法新社約翰尼斯堡23日電） 南非總統府今天表示，前總統曼德拉（Nelson Mandela）病況過去24小時急轉直下，病情危急。白宮在得知消息後為曼德拉祈禱。

白宮最高國防機構國家安全會議（NationalSecurity Council）發言人表示：「我們心繫曼德拉、他的家人及南非民眾，也為他們禱告」。歐巴馬此時正準備到南非訪問。

南非總統朱瑪（Jacob Zuma）今晚探視曼德拉後，發布此消息。醫生告訴朱瑪，曼德拉病況在過去24小時急轉直下。

94歲的曼德拉本月8日住院，治療肺部感染。

曼德拉的長女馬卡茲唯（Makaziwe Mandela）今天稍早告訴美國有線電視新聞網（CNN），「他還是能睜開雙眼，碰他也有反應」。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
