酒駕 花蓮高分院法警長停職

因酒駕被逮的花蓮高分院黃姓法警長，在今（19）日上午經花蓮高分院召開考績委員會評議後，核定上報司法院移送公懲會懲戒，予以停職處分。

因涉及酒駕而被停職的57歲花蓮高分院黃姓法警長，在上週五深夜時分因疑似酒駕騎乘機車而被警方路檢攔查，經酒測後酒測值高達0.47毫克，立即被移送地檢署進行偵辦，訊後無保飭回。

但相關案情該黃姓法警長卻未跟長官回報，直到媒體18日向花蓮高分院查證時院方才獲悉此事；因此隨即在今天上午召開考績委員會，進行相關責任追究，會後決議上報司法院移送公懲會懲戒，並予以停職處分。

花蓮高分院表示，由於法警長酒駕事件引發社會觀感不佳，深表歉意，未來將會加強宣導，並嚴禁同仁酒駕以維護公共安全，防止憾事發生。
