打工時薪只有85元 這樣有違法嗎?

最近去找打工的 還是去政府機關的就業服務站找的 然後他們介紹的工廠 時薪只有85 這樣有違法嗎?? 這還是政府機關介紹的耶 而且10個朋友打工 有8個 時薪不到100 這樣是正常的嗎...
