手錶旋轉計時錶框使用方法

最近網購了隻手錶"CASIO 潛水風DIVER LOOK指針錶"

網頁上面有提到"錶圈的部分可旋轉作為計時用途"

可是這隻手錶的計時錶框我怎麼轉都轉不動(逆時瞬時都一樣)

是我轉它的方法錯誤嗎？(我就直接轉而已)

還是說，我買到的這支有問題？

說明書上也沒提到如何轉動他。

那如果方法真的就只是直接轉的話，它會很難轉動嗎？(很費力？)
