【短片】醫病不信任　綠委控扁沒藥吃等死

【顏振凱／台北報導 】民進黨立委陳亭妃、許智傑今天舉行記者會，指控人在培德的陳水扁前總統自殺是重度憂鬱症發作，獲救後台中榮總醫生林本堂去看扁，無法回答為何所開的藥無法克制扁情緒，扁後來不敢吃剩下的藥，扁對林已無信任關係，但法務部無處置，任扁兩周沒看診，沒吃藥，讓扁等死。

台中監獄副典獄長陳金鋒則說，醫病關係確實在努力，所方知道扁不吃藥，因扁沒健保卡也沒法開處方藥，但林有交代要嚴密觀察扁身心情況，扁手抖、口吃狀況沒明顯差異，為紓解扁壓力，有開闢菜圃讓扁種菜，用生命教育紓緩壓力。
