央行：日本三箭 不適合台灣

中央銀行官員昨天表示，台、日兩國情況不同，例如日本是長期「通貨緊縮」，台灣物價仍穩定成長；貨幣政策得考量自身總體經濟狀況而定，日本的三箭計畫並不適合台灣。

日本首相安倍晉三祭出「三箭計畫」，讓日本首季經濟成長率飆出百分之四點一超亮麗成績單；而台、韓今年以來經濟表現則在伯仲之間。

央行官員說，匯率乃兩面刃，台幣大貶出口商當然樂翻天，但進口商及內需產業「恐怕笑不出來」，且接踵而來的可能是高通膨等問題。

金融界人士說，一國央行若要引導自家貨幣貶值，最直接且有效的方式是降息；但在全球採量化寬鬆，熱錢流竄，國內房價續漲，若再降息恐對房市火上加油，物價跟大漲，受害還是老百姓。
