高志鵬索賄案 一審判7年6月

民進黨立委高志鵬，以及前辦公室副主任姚昇智，被控利用職權，在國有財產局市場承租價購案中遊說，並且收賄200萬，11日更一審重判高志鵬7年6個月，高志鵬帶著律師出面喊冤，強調判決不公，但是他不會被打倒，一定會再上訴。

高志鵬帶著律師，一臉嚴肅召開記者會，對台中高分院更一審，重判他7年6個月，無法接受，雖然台中高分院強調，一切是依法行事，不過同樣被控索賄，命運可是大不同。

高志鵬遭控索賄50萬，更一審判刑7年6個月，但是林益世索賄6300萬，卻判刑7年4個月，外界質疑，是不是藍綠有別，高志鵬語氣堅定，強調一定會上訴到底，捍衛自己的清白。
