邁阿密熱火「鳥人」Chris Andersen個性剽悍、球風激情、打扮特殊，今年季後賽表現又十分精采，本來就很火熱的人氣越來越高漲，連隊友都感受到這股「鳥人旋風」。

「媒體愛他、球迷愛他，女人們更是為他瘋狂。」熱火中前鋒Udonis Haslem如此形容圍繞在Andersen身邊的狀況。

事實上，Andersen根本沒想過他能重返球星之列，因為他在今年1月與熱火簽約前，有好一陣子沒有接觸籃球了。
