男被戴手銬搶警車　又與警飛車追逐

美國一名26歲男子福斯(Anthony Fox)，上周六晚間因為非法持有藥品，被警方查獲而遭逮捕，隨後福斯被戴上手銬，但福斯趁警方不注意，在戴著手銬的狀態之下，偷走警方的車，還與警方發生飛車追逐。

據了解，當天福斯被戴上手銬，但趁警方不注意，解下後座安全帶後，跑到前座把警車開走。警方發現後，開另外一部車追著福斯，最後福斯開車撞上一棟公寓後，警方才順利將福斯逮捕。
