12年國教2014年上路，教育政策不明、學費是否排富等問題讓家長憂心。
記者康仁俊／台北報導
針對12年國教是否應該排富，國民黨立委蔡正元今（11）日表示，「原則上能不排富就不排富」，但是基於地方政府財政困難，加上中央不可能長久補助，「有一定財力以上的人，事實上也不在意這一點的學費」，因此他贊成可以納入排富，甚至應修訂國教法，「國民教育重點在免試，而不是免學費」。
蔡正元說，國民教育若就涵義上來說，是不應該排富，但是面對少子化的問題，加上中央、地方財政困難，基於減輕財政壓力下，「可以排富」。
蔡正元說，在現實考慮下，應該修改國教法，因為若政府財力無法負擔教育經費，將會讓教育品質下降，「挪東牆補西牆，這不是好辦法」。
蔡正元說，國民教育「重點在免試，而不是免學費」，他呼籲各界「務實一點，教育沒有錢撐不下去！」
