經濟部刺激景氣節能補助，民眾購買節能瓦斯爐、熱水器可補助1-2千元。

炎熱的夏季，怎麼穿可以比較涼快？經濟部能源局規劃推動「夏日輕衫-全民酷涼(COOL STYLE)運動」，希望改變國人的穿著習慣，讓民眾今年夏天能夠穿著時尚又清涼，同時，也將在中油公司的61座加油站提供「汽車省油免費健檢」活動，推廣節約能源以及節能意識。
能源局3日表示，由中油公司主辦的「加油站節油宣導」，從6月1日至6月30日，在全台61座加油站附設的車輛快速保養中心舉行「汽車省油免費健檢」活動，免費健檢項目包含：一清(空氣濾清器)、二油(引擎機油、變速箱油)、三水(電瓶水、水箱水、雨刷水)、四輪(胎紋、胎壓)、五密(門窗、油箱蓋)等，以及空氣濾清器除污、雨刷精添加、輪胎充氣、門軸塗黃油等免費項目。
能源局也規劃推動「夏日輕衫-全民酷涼運動」，將在本周三 (5日)辦理「夏日輕衫」啟動儀式，希望藉由推廣夏日輕衫運動，改變國人穿著習慣，並邀請新銳設計師及成衣廠商，透過節能剪裁、版型設計融合時尚元素及機能性布料，打造流行時尚的「節能時尚上班服」及舒適休閒的「節能樂活上班服」，期待全民共同響應。
另外，為鼓勵民眾使用電動機車，經濟部工業局還將於14日在桃園縣觀音工業區佶鼎科技廠區辦理「鼓勵使用TES電動機車」宣導活動，現場預計邀集中華汽車、三陽、光陽及東庚車廠共同參加，除設有展示區提供TES電動機車解說及介紹，並且提供試乘體驗區外，針對體驗試乘電動機車民眾還將提供免費贈品，民眾選購TES電動機車還可獲得經濟部補助7,200~10,000元。
