日本Q1都會區地價上漲

根據政府調查，第1季日本逾半數主要都會區的地價上漲，主因是地鐵附近的商業不動產投資增加且東京地區的住宅需求攀升。

國土交通省調查顯示，上季150個都會區中，有80個地區的地價上揚，高於前一季的51個地區。另有51個地區地價持平，19個地區的地價下滑。

報告說：「大體上，地價從原先的下滑趨勢轉變成上漲或持穩的狀態。」

日本房地產市場逐漸出現好轉跡象，最近數月持續吸引資金流入。1991年以來日本地價幾乎每年都下跌，期間只有兩年例外。
