南投縣衛生局今(30)日表示為保障縣民健康，有關日正食品股份有限公司販售波霸粉圓系列產品回收銷燬情形，共回收42871包/200公克/包，已全數由公司所在地台北市政府衛生局全數負責監銷。
針對日正公司產品輸新加坡在來米粉檢出順丁烯二酸酐事件，日正公司針對該批留樣產品送SGS檢驗，結果未檢出，本局爲保障消費者衛生安全，針對該批產品(有效日期2014.08.14)再次進行抽樣，結果未檢出。
針對違規使用順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉產品，波霸粉圓、地瓜粉圓、九份芋圓地瓜圓、美濃板條、關東煮黑輪及冷凍正宗黑輪，南投縣衛生局持續稽查本縣大賣場、超市及超商，針對違規產品要求販售業者下架並退回來源廠商處理，共計稽查輔導412家/下架514件產品。
南投縣衛生局說，將持續輔導相關業者進行相關原料建檔與管制，呼籲6月1日起第一階段列管之8大產品(含板條、肉圓、黑輪、粉圓、豆花、粉粿、芋圓及地瓜圓類等)販售業者要張貼「安全具結證明」，衛生局將啟動全面稽查，如查獲違法或具結不實者，加重處罰。
