Taipei Free常斷訊 滿意度僅5成9

民視 – 

台北市政府每年花1.2億元、提供Taipei Free免費寬頻網路服務，但上路近2年，北市研考會最新民調，沒想到民眾滿意度竟然只有59%不及格，大家都抱怨，網路不是經常斷線、就是收不到，加上申請手續複雜，還有很多人選擇棄用。

不管上班族或學生、搭乘大眾交通工具，每個人都成了低頭族，為了方便民眾，北市府兩年前打造Taipei Free免費網路，各大捷運站都能用，但效果到底怎麼樣?民眾竟然連密碼都忘記了，可見免費網路真的不好用。

北市研考也針對使用Taipei Free的使用民眾進行調查，滿意度竟然只有59%，不滿意原因，有高達74%認為時常連不上線或斷線，另外有60%認為速度太慢，以及熱點訊號太弱，而且還必須要註冊才能使用，根本不便民。

資訊局強調今年增加新的設備，網路速度已經提高許多，將會再針對斷線問題進行改善，希望將來能真正讓民眾和觀光客，感受到台北科技城的「無線」魅力。
