請問一下，因為工作關係，我的公司專門作一些專案，老闆要我做出一個東西可以整合專案以及專案所使用時間的資料庫，因為我對資料庫很陌生，請問有否建議的資料庫軟體可以用，可能要做的方向有二
1.因為每一個專案會讓好幾個員工同時作，所以希望資料庫建檔後，每一個員工可以個別輸入他們所用的時間，並且資料可以直接計算出來某個專案由誰分別花多少時間以及大家總共花多少時間
2.因為公司內部同時有mac以及windows系統，可否分別就兩個系統作建議
3.資料庫盡量淺顯易懂，因為專案建檔是由我統一製作，但其時間由其他同事分別輸入，所以讓其他人輸入不需要使用太多技術性的東西
