「感動99」短片徵選結果，一段說明聽障與視障少年經歷的短片，導演潘巨忠拍攝的《心目中的陽光》獲得社會組首獎。
華碩基金會與公視合辦「感動99˙發現台灣真善美」短片徵選，本年度第四屆共有688人參賽，人數為歷屆最多，而首獎獎金為10萬元。
首獎影片《心目中的陽光》，主角27歲的張百順有弱視與聽障，而他曾經用冰棒棍組成一座宮殿，該作品更曾得獎。而他的心願是未來能發明電子眼，讓他能透過照片了解過去得自己，與母親的模樣。
潘巨忠看著他的信念相當感動，因此為他拍攝一段記錄片。這支影片由潘巨忠與周麗鈞共同拍攝，獲得社會組首獎。
