針對高雄市府養護工程處疑涉採購弊案，髙雄巿政府發言人賴瑞隆25日表示，兵役局長趙文男表達絕無收賄情事，同時為證明自己的清白，已自請停職靜待司法調查。
廉政署中部調查組偵辦高市府LED路燈採購弊案，前日搜索高市養工處、兵役局辦公室，與養工處長趙建喬、趙文男兄弟住所，追查賄款流向，訊後趙建喬請回，趙文男則諭令150萬元交保。
趙文男曾任民進黨高雄市黨部主委、任務型國大代表，以及高雄市長陳菊團隊兩屆兵役局（處）長。
趙建喬歷任高市水工處（水利局）副總工程司、工務局建管處長，前年9月接任養工處長。
