立法院司法法制委員會今（27）日初審公務員退休撫卹法草案，朝野達成共識，同意在公務員連2年考績丙等，或10年內拿3個丙等的情況下，未來都可能納入資遣條件中。不過，考試院表示，將持續與朝野立委溝通。
在考試院所提「公務員退休撫卹法草案」版本中規定，因機關裁撤、現職工作不適任調整後未達標準、身心障礙經認定不堪勝任職務及其他法規規定者，才會認定應予資遣。
不過，民進黨立院黨團則提出，連續兩年得丙者列為應資遣對象；民進黨立委吳宜臻、陳其邁今天則提出修正動議，要求規定年終考績10年內達到3次丙等者，也應列為資遣對象，納入公務員退休撫卹法中。
由於考試院在之前提出的考績法修正案中，訂出10年內3次得丙就要退休資遣的規定，造成公務員高度反彈，而國民黨立委也無意將之排入議程中，造成公務員退場機制難產情況。
由於國民黨立委賴士葆、王惠美都不反對將上述2條件列為應資遣要件，因此成為委員會朝野初審的共識。
