批環保團體抹黑　環保署發新聞稿自清

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署今晚發布「請看請聽一些團體如何藉環保之名濫罵供媒體報導行抹黑環保署之實」新聞稿，並附上環保署環評委員會昨天審查彰濱工業區空氣污染物排放許可總量調降的錄影畫面，指環評會作成削減90％最嚴格減量方案，某些團體藉環保之名在審查會場登記列席發言，以惡言濫罵引起媒體報導，行抹黑環保署及環評委員之實。

新聞稿也批評媒體，沒有將這些環團人士在審查會中的發言及主張的荒謬與矛盾，導致許多民眾無法判斷其荒謬矛盾而有錯誤的印象，造成環保署及環評委員所作非常環保地減少彰濱工業區空污排放核給量的決定，被誤認是鴨霸罔顧這些「環保團體」的意見下，作了一件很不環保的事。

新聞稿指出，這樣的媒體效果，就是這些環團人士一向追求抹黑環保署及環評委員的努力目標？在當前媒體偏好下，造成其所求必遂的結果。也難怪政府施政滿意度就是上不來！

標題[閒聊] 把史實英雄人物的一生改編成動畫的話？

如題，在下只是好奇想跟大家討論看看，這樣的改編題材會有搞頭嗎？ 還是說對動畫來講史實人物的題材好像似乎還是太嚴肅了一點？ (不過像電影近年就很常有也都還蠻成功的，看看葉問、霍元甲...) 中國的像岳飛或是史可法，國外的像威廉華勒士或喬治華盛頓， 這些人物的傳記故事如果能弄成一個兩季的動畫番或許會很吸引人？ 因為是專注在描寫一個人物的描寫刻劃上，從出生到死亡時間拉得非常長～ 跟現今主流許久的動畫作品大都是群相劇一比，或許會別有一番風味？？ 不知道大家對把人物傳記動畫化有什麼想法？ 另外請搭配此音樂服用w:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHcnH222hdI
