【陳郁仁／台北報導】明年7合1選舉，國民黨將派誰出來選台中市長，目前情勢還不明朗；現任台中市長胡志強今又說，自己並不清楚黨中央有何打算，也沒有找他談。對此，國民黨發言人楊偉中表示，地方黨部、黨中央，包括國民黨副主席兼秘書長曾永權在內，都與胡市長保持密切聯繫，黨的立場是尊重現任市長，同時努力求取勝利。
