請問當9月份已簽暑資遣同意書，但卻被要求再續留一個月處理善後 然而11月份卻發現公司無發放10月份薪資(公司人資的理由是雇傭關係已於9月份終止) 這種情況下 1.返回台灣後向勞工局申訴是否也有效力? 2.如先前服務的公司在台中，但小弟住高雄。那麼需向高雄勞工局申訴、還是向台中 勞工局申訴呢? 又，需開協調會時，是在高雄還是台中開呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 14.161.18.152
