| 檢評會建議黃世銘撤職 總統府沒有評論

檢評會調查洩密及關說案，認定檢察總長黃世銘違法監聽、洩密，今天決議將黃世銘移送監察院，並建議撤職。對此決議，總統府沒有評論；國民黨則表示對檢評會針對個別檢察官作出的處分不予置評。

| 蔡其昌競逐中市 豐原千人造勢

民進黨台中市長黨內初選剩下17天，民進黨立法委員蔡其昌今晚在豐原區鎮清宮舉辦造勢晚會，湧入千餘民眾力挺；他表示，立委任內積極推動國道四號延伸案、環狀鐵路高架化，把資源集中在特定區域，譬如豐原區、潭子區等。立委姚文智、前立委邱太三、市議員謝志忠等人到場支持，推崇蔡其昌為中市服務的決心。

| 深圳男買iPhone 5S竟自爆 蘋果證實已收投訴

大陸「南方都市報」報導，一名深圳男子，在香港買了一支「iPhone 5s」之後，回到深圳使用，開機十分鐘之後突然爆炸，手機的鋰電池燒成灰燼。
這名男子說，當初他手機開機一陣子之時，機身有點發燙，但他沒在意；大約十幾分鐘之後，手機的喇叭位置，突然冒出灰色煙霧，隨即「碰」的一聲，手機竟然爆炸。男子說，爆炸的聲音「就像氣球爆開了一樣」。
據瞭解，蘋果電腦方面已經證實，收到這起投訴案，會積極處理。而今年以來，大陸已經發生兩起蘋果手機爆炸的事故。
