| 塔寮坑溪被染色傳臭 民嗆黑心工廠罰不怕

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市新莊區後港抽水站旁塔寮坑溪段，上百公尺的河面遭廢水染色，每周平均發生四、五次以上，不時傳出惡臭味道，令附近住戶與學校痛苦不堪，原默默受氣的民眾，因日月光半導體大廠挨罰案受到激勵，自己蒐證並附照片檢舉，大罵：「這些黑心工廠就是罰不怕。」學者也痛批：「公權力不彰！」
塔寮坑溪發源於桃園縣龜山鄉新嶺村新潮嶺西側，為桃園縣與新北市樹林區界河，流經兩縣市共四處工業區，其中位於後港抽水站旁約上百公尺的溪段，污染狀況日益嚴重，最近因日月光半導體Ｋ７廠涉嫌排放毒鎳水挨罰後，更引起民眾議論。

【胡治言／綜合報導】監委調查，政府高官退休轉任公職坐領高薪，竟有5人月薪高於5院院長。
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導， 監委指出，有5名轉任者的月薪，高於5院院長的32萬餘元，其中，財團法人證券櫃檯買賣中心董事長李述德薪資上看35萬元，另外高於5院副院長月薪（21萬餘元）者15人，高於各部會政務次長月薪（16萬餘元者）23人。監委認為行政院未建立透明公平機制，以致酬庸訾議不斷，昨糾正政院。立委警告若不改善將刪預算。

謝謝各位,就在昨天發過文請教後加上自己的再瞭解後,我得到了這樣的結論選擇,想要再請教確認無誤後預計明日就會去購買了 價錢參考原價屋 顯卡:華碩7790 $3590 記憶體:金士頓ddr3 1600 8g=$2280 power:全漢450w全日系電容 $1850 cpu:fx6300打裝機 $3200 硬碟:隨便品牌1t就好sata介面 mb:技嘉78lmt $1490 機殼:便宜能用就好 以上配備的疑問想請問 1.這樣搭配power夠力嗎? 2.cpu說是打裝機有要注意什麼特別的嗎? 3.mb爬文看好像有提到一個刷bios的這個是什麼，此主機板需要嗎? 4.記憶體單之4g*2跟雙通道8g差在那裡啊? 我電腦需求以遊戲為主,最多用到頂多就是下載迅雷加影片加留覽器加lol這樣但也不會常這樣的 然後可以以上配備準備好安裝完再灌win7就可以正常使用了不要還要改什麼太復雜的，謝謝 -- posted from android bbs reader on my LGE LG-E720 https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.105.59
