〔自由時報記者葉永騫／東港報導〕廣大興二十八號漁船遭菲律賓公務船開槍射擊後，漁業署要求在該海域作業的漁船多加小心並駛離該危險區域，由於該區域正是撈捕黑鮪魚的漁場，漁民快閃、漁船不敢進入作業，導致黑鮪魚捕獲量遭受衝擊，東港區漁會總幹事林漢丑表示，最近四天黑鮪魚的捕獲量只通報抓到五尾，拍賣數量明顯減少，初估短短幾天就少了十幾尾，損失達二、三百萬元。
東港區漁會初步統計，九日共捕獲十尾黑鮪魚，漁獲量不錯，但不幸發生廣大興二十八號事件，隔天附近漁船紛紛逃離該區域，黑鮪魚的漁獲通報數立即大幅下滑，十日只有二尾、十一日掛零、十二日三尾、十三日沒有通報，漁獲明顯受到衝擊。
林漢丑表示，初步估算這四天可能少了十幾尾的黑鮪魚，損失已達二、三百萬元，如果政府再無法提供漁民安全的捕魚環境，恐怕損失還會擴大。
