針對引發撻伐與質疑的「菲」常神之便當事件，四方報總編張正在今(22)日清晨1時58分在臉書發表道歉聲明：我被騙了。是我的錯。對不起。

張正在聲明中指出，台灣立報與四方報為同一報系，同處辦公，立報鄭姓記者的直屬主管為立報執行副總編輯廖雲章，本人為四方報總編輯。本人與廖雲章多次向鄭姓記者確認「便當文」之真實性，也透過鄭姓記者約見「便當店老闆」，試圖查證。

聲明中指出，最終，鄭姓記者於5月21日晚間承認該事件是「聽來的」，為的是凸顯菲律賓移民移工目前在台的尷尬處境，而該名「便當店老闆」，亦是找友人假扮，為的是圓謊。對於鄭姓記者不誠實的行為，本人深表遺憾。

聲明指出，此一「便當文」及相關訊息發表於社群網路，與立報、四方報本體無關，亦從未在立報及四方報刊登。

張正強調，本人對於此事求證與對外發言缺失所造成的社會困擾，深感抱歉。對於因為我而相信確有該起便當店事件的朋友，尤其愧疚。

張正指出，本人先前即因個人因素向社內同仁表達辭意，此事之後將加速辦理。

長期為弱勢發聲的民進黨中執委洪智坤也在清晨轉貼張正聲明，他指出，雖然很生氣，也一向對於其所代表的意識型態陣營，有著不同意見。然而，「『四方報』畢竟對於外籍勞工在台的勞動權、基本人權的協助是有貢獻的」。

洪智坤說，因為要「凸顯菲律賓移民移工目前在台的尷尬處境」而假造的便當文，是這起事件的核心問題。為了凸顯而假造，對於要凸顯的弱勢者，是否反而帶來更大的傷害？
