毒澱粉事件越滾越大，不小心把黑心化製澱粉製成的粉圓、板條、黑輪等吃下肚，消費者無不提心吊膽，為安民心，衛生署食品藥物管理局今（21）天表示，正評估比照當年塑化劑做法，近期之內，將在各大醫院開設「毒澱粉受害特別門診」，由醫師提供民眾相關健康諮詢；衛生署也持續追查上游迄今封存34.8噸問題品。

這是違規事件，非毒害事件！食藥局食品組組長蔡淑貞表示，食品經過高溫、發酵等加工製造過程，原本就有可能產生俗稱「馬來酸」的順丁烯二酸，毒性低，對人的危害性、急迫性都小，而此次事件，問題出在於業者是違規使用順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉。

認定毒澱粉事件與塑化劑風暴不同，蔡淑貞說，事件爆發之後，亦很少消費者撥打電話前來關心，但基於為民服務，解除消費者疑慮，食藥局已經著手評估、規畫設立「毒澱粉受害特別門診」，由專業醫師提供民眾相關的健康諮詢。

不過特別門診涉及與醫院間的溝通，食藥局強調，目前正與醫管會等相關部門協調，針對選定哪幾家醫院？開設多少特別門診？等細部規畫，一一磋商，但近期之內就會啟動。

另一方面，衛生署也持續追查上游，食藥局區管中心主任潘志寛表示，截止今天上午為止，又進一步封存協奇、怡和2澱粉廠原料以及遭波及5家下游產品，一共34.8公噸，比昨天又多查扣1.3公噸。
