由於滯留鋒面影響，中央氣象局今(22)晨發布豪雨特報，提醒恐有局部大雨或豪雨發生，此外，外島的金門和馬祖地區，清晨也出現局部濃霧，能見度不到100公尺。

中央氣象局預告，今日中南部地區有局部大雨或豪雨，北部、東北部地區及澎湖有局部大雨發生的機率；其中中南部山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，北部山區亦有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，民眾需注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲，山區更要慎防坍方、落石及土石流。

今日容易發生大豪雨地區，包括臺中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、臺南市、高雄市、屏東縣，七縣市的民眾要注意嚴防豪雨災情。

此外，外島的金門及馬祖地區，今日也有局部濃霧，清晨5點多的時候，金門一度傳出濃霧發生，能見度不足100公尺。
