note 8 一定要綁通話月租嗎?

是這樣的，我想要買一台平板用
畢竟螢幕還是比手機大
目前鎖定note8
不過這台是可以通話的平板
但由於我自己也有智慧手機而且沒打算換掉
所以note8的通話功能較用不到
這樣的話我該怎麼綁資費呢?
不考慮換平板(因為很喜歡note8那支筆阿!!!)

菲殺台民／ 〈快訊〉蛋糕跟總統一樣軟？　店家掛布條諷刺

老闆：「蛋糕軟好吃，總統不能軟，讓菲律賓吃死死。」

目前南臺灣可以說是大雨間歇性的下，整體來說這天氣不是很好，不過這間蛋糕店門口，卻可以看到不少民眾是冒雨來買蛋糕，原因就出在老闆掛的招牌，上頭直接寫著「我們家的蛋糕跟總統一樣軟」，還說為了全面抗議菲律賓這次對台灣漁民的態度，所有蛋糕通通打85折。

老闆說看到這一個星期來，政府對於菲律賓的態度，感覺馬總統態度不購強硬，也讓老闆興起這個想法，做布條嘲諷起國家元首，要藉此提醒馬總統一定要拿出作為，別讓漁民再受傷害，而也因為搭上話題，不少民眾還真的到店內消費，用行動力挺老闆的作法。
