英國倫敦街頭今天在下發生兇殺案，首相卡麥隆說，這起事件似乎是恐怖攻擊。被殺的疑似現役英國士兵，他在倫敦附近的烏爾威治皇家砲兵營軍營外200公尺的地方遭到殘忍謀殺。警方據報後趕往現場並射傷2名嫌疑人。

電視畫面顯示，現場1名穿著灰色連帽夾克與黑色毛線帽的黑人男子拿著1把血淋淋的刀子與1把切肉刀。他對著攝影鏡頭說：「我們向全能的真主發誓，我們會一直與你們戰鬥。」

這名男子向圍觀民眾發表許多政治宣言。他以帶有倫敦口音的英語說：「我們必須像他們一樣，我們也該打回去，以眼還眼、以牙還牙。」

他補充說：「被迫目睹今日事件的女人，我向你們道歉，但在我們的土地上，我們的女人也得面對這種事。你們這些人永遠都不會有安全的生活環境。換掉你們的政府吧，他們不關心你們。」

警方下午2時20分接獲報案，2名男子攻擊另1名男子。武裝警察抵達現場，發現1名男子，並開槍打傷另外2名男子。第一名男子稍後宣告不治。根據當地議員，警方查扣多種武器，似乎包括1把槍，許多種刀子與1把彎刀。

正在法國巴黎訪問的首相卡麥隆（David Cameron）要求內政部長梅伊（Theresa May）立刻召開緊急應變小組（Cobra）會議。英國政府只有在處理國家安全事件時，才會召開Cobra會議。

卡麥隆說，這起事件令人驚駭，並說「強烈跡象顯示這是一起恐怖攻擊事件」。卡麥隆將縮短行程，提早回國。法國總統歐蘭德在與卡麥隆的聯合記者會上說，死者是士兵，但卡麥隆沒有證實。

英國女王伊麗莎白二世預定31日底訪問案發附近的軍營，白金漢宮發言人說，女王已經知道這起事件。（中央社倫敦電）
