針對拒賣菲勞便當文造假事件未平、麵包文風波再起，搞到台灣國際形象受損。網路PO文亂象NCC撇清非權責範圍，制定反媒體壟斷法又遭抨擊，台北市議員王鴻薇質疑，台灣有很多的政策都在內耗，「用收視高低來判斷壟斷與否，全世界有這種標準嗎？」她舉例，「台灣媒體罵馬英九的超過90%，難道這不叫做言論集中？」

王鴻薇23日在中天新聞《台灣顧問團》節目中表示，「生什麼病用什麼藥來治，台灣媒體的病症是過度競爭而非壟斷」，如果NCC只為了迎合某些政黨或民代來制定媒體壟斷法，不但扼殺了媒體，更扼殺了國家政策品質。

文化大學廣告系副教授鈕則勳認為，「說穿了，這法當初就是為了反旺中併購蘋果」，但事實上壟斷問題根本就不存在，NCC何必被相關團體牽著鼻子走，用意識型態去PK沒有意義的法律。

鈕則勳說，在數位匯流的時代，反壟法只鎖定在傳統媒體，結果NCC大興土木去訂法規，根本無法因應網路時代。
