《科技》大陸補貼喊卡，下旬電視面板續跌

【時報-台北電】由於第2季電視面板需求平穩，WitsView預期電視面板維持緩跌的的走勢，5月下旬平均跌幅大約在1～2美元之間。值得注意的是，下半年大陸電視補貼告終，恐影響市場買氣，此外年底還有8.5代廠新產能開出，造成價格戰提前開打。所幸今年日圓貶值、台灣面板廠折舊壓力減輕，也紓解了一部份獲利壓力。

WitsView預期，5月電視面板出貨將較4月成長1～2％，目前觀察到6、7月面板的出貨與5月相當。5月32吋面板受到後續面板供應量減少的心理因素影響，部分品牌開始提前備貨，報價維持穩定；39吋、42吋面板和半成品（Open Cell）報價出現1～2美元的跌幅；46吋以上大尺寸面板和半成品報價壓力依舊，預估跌幅約在1～3美元之間。

WitsView研究部協理劉陳宏表示，大陸液晶電視節能補貼在本月底結束，後續補貼政策將告一段落，內需市場將回歸市場機制，對於下半年面板市況的影響須密切觀察。此外，年底京東方、三星的8.5代線將進入量產，面板廠已提前爭取客戶訂單的情況下，短期間內大尺寸面板價格很難止跌。

面板廠持續減少監視器面板產量，整體供需比落在3～4％之間，供需略微緊張，支撐了監視器面板報價。品牌客戶對於18.5吋備貨仍十分積極，除了原本消費性市場需求外，因商業標案的需求必須提前一季備貨，因此在供給量持續減少的情形下，5月18.5吋漲勢明顯，平均漲幅為0.5～1美元，17～20吋產品報價則維持平盤，部分客戶可接受微幅調漲。

至於21.5吋受到大陸面板廠於8.5代線生產監視器面板等因素影響，預計5月價格將是持平到小跌0.5美元區間。 (新聞來源：工商時報─記者袁顥庭／台北報導)

《國際經濟》KDI下修南韓今年經濟成長預測

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】南韓首要政府智庫－韓國開發研究院（Korea Development Institute, KDI）周四表示，南韓經濟增長可能大幅落後原先預期，而通膨將創下14年新低，因此建議央行目前以維持寬鬆貨幣政策為宜。

KDI周四提出最新報告，指南韓今年經濟預估成長2.6%，平均通膨預估為1.8%，低於該智庫去年11月預測的2013年經濟成長3%，通膨預估為2.3%。南韓2012年經濟成長2%，通膨為2.2%。

KDI表示，視未來通膨與經濟情勢而定，南韓央行必須以靈活的方式操作政策，同時應維持現行的寬鬆政策立場。KDI隸屬南韓企劃財政部。南韓央行本月初意外降息1碼。

KDI並預估，韓元今年平均可能升值5～6%，低於去年11月預測的約升值約7%。今年資本支出估僅成長2.8%，約只有前次預測值（年增5.3%）的一半。

展望明年，KDI預期南韓經濟成長率將改善至3.6%，所有項目都可望加速擴張。南韓央行最新的預測為增長3.8%。
