男性朋友如果要看A片或較火辣的內容時，得小心別因為「慾火焚身」而觸法。一名男子日前邀請女同事，在電腦桌前一同觀看有關女性性高潮的文章，不料男子看了「慾望」高漲，竟對女同事猥褻胸部和下體。被逮後辯稱對方也有「感覺」，甚至還大言不慚說「摸她不須經過她同意」，法官依性騷擾防制法判他7月徒刑。

這起男子猥褻女同事，還辯稱不須對方同意就可摸她的案件，發生在去年5月某日下午。根據《自由時報》報導，基隆市一名鄭姓男子，當時見辦公室內只剩他與一名女同事小芬(化名)，他先坐在女方右側，接著在電腦桌前搜尋有關女性性高潮的文章，邀對方一起觀看，期間還問小芬關於文章敘述內容「是不是真的？」

鄭男看到有關於女性敏感帶介紹時，突然伸手對小芬襲胸，對方狠瞪一眼後鄭男及時收手。但鄭男愈看愈「凍未條」，竟又伸手摸對方大腿和下體，女方趕緊撥開，事後並對鄭男提告。

檢方審理後依強制猥褻將鄭男起訴，但法院審理後認為鄭男屬於突襲行為，改以性騷擾防治法論罪。鄭男辯稱自己和對方是好朋友，當時摸對方胸部和下體有經過對方同意，並未違反她意願。鄭男還聲稱自己已和對方和解，還簽下和解書「下次再犯，願付1萬元」，意圖為自己的行為開脫，法官認為他毫無悔意，判他7月徒刑。
