國家安全會議今（27）日指出，本（102）年「政軍兵推」已奉總統馬英九核定，從28日上午7時到下午5時30分，在「國家政軍指揮中心（大直）」實施，總統並將首次搭乘雲豹甲車前往指揮中心參加演習。

國安會表示，近年來東、南海已陸續發生多次與領海或領土相關之武裝對峙事件，許多國際研究單位分析，認為東、南海是亞洲之衝突熱點（Flash Point），未來在本區域內發生軍事衝突之可能性正逐漸提升。

面對東、南海情勢日益緊繃的情況，一旦發生軍事衝突，必將對我國家安全造成嚴重影響。因此，本年政軍兵推係以東（南）海發生軍事衝突為想定基礎，針對可能產生的區域政治、外交、經貿、交通及兩岸關係等危機，進行跨部會模擬與應變訓練，期能強化因應國安危機之能力。

國安會表示，參演單位包括總統府、國安會、國安局、行政院及相關部會。演習想定是由相關部會共同規劃，其內容與演習期間相關部會之研析及建議，均著眼於驗證危機階段政府運作機制，與我國外交及兩岸政策無實際關連。

新任教宗甫上任後，就曾有報導指出他本人是足球迷。如今波士頓塞爾提克股東之一，雙方見面時就藉足球名義「偷渡」該隊球衣給教宗祝福。

教宗在阿根廷故鄉的球隊，先前就此曾大作文章，在球衣印上教宗圖像，還在隊徽和隊名部分作修改，在上方加一圈光環代表和教宗間的關聯。

此外巴塞隆納的阿根廷籍巨星Lionel Messi廣受全球愛戴，同為阿根廷人的教宗據傳也是Messi的大球迷。

由上可見教宗和足球牽連甚深，這次一年一度的義大利盃（Coppa Italia）即將進行最後決賽，由A.S. Roma對上Lazio，賽前兩隊代表皆獲得機會覲見教宗。

至於這為什麼會和波士頓塞爾提克股東扯上關係呢？因為A.S. Roma總裁James Pallotta正好兼具前者的身份。
