基本加權門檻：20000
超過門檻的話
100%~150%可以全部100%
150%~200%可以加權50%
200%以上可以加權100%
假設某甲做了53500
所以正確用手算法是
20000*150%=30000
20000*200%=40000
53500-40000=13500(200%以上加權)
(40000-30000)*50%=5000(150%~200%加權)
30000-20000=10000(100%~150%加權)
合計：28500

主因為針對不同人
所以每人的業績都不盡相同
且業績直是未知數
所以我想不出怎麼寫會比較好
我用多重IF寫過但只判斷的出2行
第3行時因為會150%衝突，所以公是出問題，想好幾小時想不出來
