如果是裝飾用可以買，如果要有效需配行陽宅或符法開光更加!

遠航頻凸槌 暫停兩岸航權分配

〔自由時報記者曾鴻儒／台北報導〕遠航復航兩年來接連發生多次飛安疑慮事件，民航局認為，關鍵在機隊汰舊換新速度太慢，下月起將限制遠航兩岸包機航班數，並建議暫停遠航參與兩岸航權分配。

包機每月不得超過5班

遠航兩年來已發生四次空中關車事件，及班機遭冰雹打破駕駛艙玻璃，卻未更換玻璃繼續飛航等狀況；雖然遠航均有依規定通報，但民航局組查核小組檢查後，認為遠航現有組織已不足以因應航務擴充，決定限縮遠航業務。

民航局標準組副組長林俊良指出，六月起，遠航兩岸不定期包機每月不得飛航超過五班，並建議交通部暫停遠航參與未來兩岸航線與航班分配；六月十四日民航局會再執行另一波查核，如遠航未具體改善，可能進一步限縮兩岸以外國際航線。

林俊良說，遠航所面臨的問題包括平均機齡超過十四年的機隊太老舊、專業人力流動率太高等；實務來看，遠航至少需二至三個月才能改善。

官員則直言：「飛安一定要花錢！」遠航過去所碰到的問題和公司營運準備金一直不足，難脫關係。

依規定，遠航每月收支扣除下月預訂支出後，應有一億五千萬準備金，但遠航經常未達此標準，民航局已開罰五次，罰金從最低的六十萬起跳，目前已罰到最高的三百萬，累計已開罰九百萬元。

遠航增資改善財務

遠航發言人盧紀融表示，將全力配合民航局要求改善飛安，財務缺口會透過增資來改善。遠航總經理李承仲表示，航班遭限縮後，每月將只能飛一個中國航點，公司勉強接受；但過去幾起事件並非重大違規，遠航不應該被排除在新航線分配之外。
