WGC：Q2亞洲黃金需求將井噴飆新高！承接ETF賣金 May 30th 2013, 04:55 WGC：Q2亞洲黃金需求將井噴飆新高！承接ETF賣金 2013/05/30 12:55 鉅亨網 編譯張正芊 綜合外電 世界黃金協會 (World Gold Council) 周三 (29 日) 發布報告預估，今年 4-6 月的一季亞洲黃金需求將創史上單季新高紀錄，因該區黃金消費者承接了黃金 ETF (指數型基金) 拋售所釋出的供應。 黃金價格在上個月中大跌至 2 年多來最低價每盎司 1321.35 美元，引爆西方投資人恐慌，蜂擁出清黃金 ETF 操作部位。不過金價驟跌，也刺激印度及中國等對價格相當敏感的金市實體黃金需求大增。而這兩國占全球黃金消費市場需求逾 50%。 WGC 總幹事 Marcus Grubb 在報告中指出，今年第 2 季亞洲金市整體需求將創單季新高紀錄。因此即便美國的黃金 ETF 拋售潮持續，這些之前由 ETF 持有的黃金仍將在印度、中國及中東消費者間找到立即市場，理由是這些買家對黃金展望持長期觀點。 (繼續閱讀...)

智財局規劃將封鎖境外侵權網站，未來只要權利人舉證申訴，經智財局召開會討論通過，網站就可能遭到封鎖。智財局著作權組長張玉英28日說，予以封鎖的決定最後會交由司法審理，但行政部門在認定後即可以行政途徑先行封鎖，不過，相關法制問題仍要與司法機關討論。

經濟部智慧財產局副局長李鎂表示，行政途徑可提供快速解決境外侵權網站爭議，但並非取代司法程序，行政機關決定仍須受到法院審查，至於司法審查介入的時間點，智財局將與司法機關進一步溝通。

著作權組長張玉英受訪表示，依據智財局規劃，只要智財局召開的小組委員會討論通過，認定網站侵權應予封鎖，即可以行政程序先行將網站封鎖。
