| 《食管法》修正初審過關 添加致死可處無期

立法院社環委員會今天初審通過《食品衛生管理法》部分條文修正草案，未來違法添加未經許可的添加物，若致人於死，最高可處無期徒刑，得併科2000萬元以下罰金。
《中央社》報導，根據初審通過條文，食品添加物在製造、加工、調配、包裝、運送、貯存、販賣、輸入、輸出、作為贈品或公開陳列，不得有「攙偽或假冒」或「添加未經中央主管機構許可之添加物」，違者處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科800萬元以下罰金。
若致危害人體健康者，可處7年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科1000萬元以下罰金；若致重傷則可處3年以上、10年以下有期徒刑，得併科1500萬元以下罰金；若致人於死最高將可處無期徒刑，得併科2000萬元以下罰金。

為增進台韓紡織業者的交流與合作，台韓紡織會議日前於釜山舉行，雙方就近來日幣貶值影響、如何開拓新興市場、能源成本上漲情況、外勞聘用、上中下游產業整合，以及在中國大陸市場之品牌發展情況等事項，予以充份之交流與討論。
台灣由紡拓會董事長葉義長擔任團長，率紡織業上中下游業界代表共16位出席；韓方由韓國纖維產業聯合會 (KOFOTI)會長盧喜燦擔任團長，計有韓國化纖協會、大韓紡織協會、大韓織物工業協同組合聯合會、韓國衣類產業協會、韓國纖維輸出入組合、韓國毛紡協會等共18位代表與會。
紡拓會表示，今年會議特別就台韓紡織業在越南投資之現況及面臨的困難予以探討。紡拓會副董事長暨德式馬公司董事長黃華德認為，越南未來可望因跨太平洋夥伴協定 (TPP)而擴增出口，然而越南當地之中游織布業及染整業不足，將影響其競爭力；雙方代表亦希望加強台韓在越南投資業者之資訊交流，以擴大合作及貿易往來。
