美國5月消費者信心攀抵五年多來最高，因看好經濟和勞動市場好轉，3月房價則締造七年來最大漲幅，凸顯房市復甦展現動能。美股道瓊工業指數28日早盤大漲逾200點，美國10年期公債殖利率飆上13個月新高，歐股也全面走揚。

標普500指數28日一度上漲1.5%至1,674.21點，突破21日收盤創下的歷史高峰1,669.16點，一舉收復上周失土。道瓊上漲1.4%至15,521.49點，也登上歷史高峰。

投資人預期經濟好轉可能促使聯準會開始逐步縮減購債規模，推升美國10年期公債殖利率至2.097%。英法德等歐洲三大股市漲幅都在1.5%以上。

經濟研究聯合會（Conference Board）28日公布，5月消費者信心指數升抵76.2，優於4月修正後的69，為2008年2月以來最高。經濟學家原估只會升抵72。

紐約4Cast經濟學家史洛安說：「股市強勁上漲加上就業狀況改善，是主要關鍵。經濟和消費者信心會同步攀升。就業增加將使民眾更放心掏荷包。」

報告顯示，反映消費者對當前經濟狀況看法的現況指數升至66.7，優於4月修正後的61。反映對未來半年經濟活動看法的預期信心指數升至82.4，也高於上月的74.3。

經聯會經濟指標負責人法蘭柯說：「信心指數連續兩個月上揚顯示消費者逐漸修復信心，擺脫財政懸崖、政府減支與加稅政策的衝擊。」

標普／凱斯席勒房價指數顯示，3月全美20大城市房價較去年同期大漲10.9%，超越2月經修正後的9.4%，漲幅為2006 年4月以來最大。經濟學家原估房價上漲10.2%。

在借貸成本低廉與消費者信心好轉支撐下，房價可能繼續攀升。同時，市面上的待售餘屋仍逼近十年低點。

瑞銀證券經濟學家康明斯說：「房價上揚將提振市場信心，進而帶動經濟景氣轉趨熱絡。」

報告顯示，今年第1季全美房價較去年同期上揚10.2%，高於去年第4季的7.3%。

全美20大城市3月房價都比去年同期攀升，其中鳳凰城房價漲22.5%，漲勢最驚人，舊金山房價漲22.2%，排名居次。漲幅最小的是紐約，僅2.6%。

手機現在臨時投胎去..有想過買五吋以上但覺得拿塊磚坐車時要是沒坐位就又沒那麼方便了..請各位大大們推薦一下好嗎 現在沒手機用好痛苦 預算希望是7k 螢幕要有4吋~~
