| 蘇花142k持續零星落石 預警性封路中

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】台9省道蘇花公路142k處（武塔至漢本段），昨天晚間9時32分，因雨又落石坍方交通中斷，公路局四區工程處表示，雖緊急調派機具人員搶修，但至今晚11時30分，零星落石仍不斷，加上天黑視線不良，為保障用路人安全，採取預警性封路，禁止人車進入。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】北半球今年入冬以來，各地低溫屢破紀錄，在土耳其的錫韋雷克市(Siverek)，近日天氣轉冷，氣溫跌至攝氏零度以下，路邊的5隻驢子全身被雪覆蓋，像變成了冰條受困路中，難以動彈。
根據當地媒體《HABER EVET》報導，這5頭結冰的驢子及時被救援人員發現，運到動物收容所，掃去身上的結冰，為驢子「解凍」，經過獸醫檢查並無大礙，5頭驢子都能保住一命，並讓牠們好好飽餐一頓。

| "我砍人了" 警獲殺人報案趕往救護

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天深夜11時許，新北消防局接獲報案，報案人表示自己砍人了，在永和民樂路上，對方頸部遭他持刀砍傷，目前還有呼吸，警消趕緊通報息區警方應派遣救護車前往現場中。
