中國網咖 冒用歐巴馬身分

〔編譯管淑平／綜合報導〕美國總統歐巴馬是中國一家網咖的常客？原來是中國山東省濟南市一名網咖業者，冒用歐巴馬的名字偽造身分證，以協助顧客規避政府對網咖使用者的身分檢查。

根據山東官方「魯網」報導，濟南市歷城公安分局彩石派出所民警，二十四日在一家網咖例行檢查時，看見櫃檯內有一張「奧巴馬」（中國譯名）的身分證，民警「先是一愣」，但馬上意識到這張身分證是偽造的。

這張偽造的「奧巴馬」身分證上，除有歐巴馬大頭照，還列出歐巴馬正確的出生日期，地址寫著「華盛頓特區賓夕法尼亞大道1600號白宮」，族裔寫著「肯尼亞（台譯肯亞）」。

這家網咖的郭姓經理，是在一張他人遺失的真身分證貼上一張印有歐巴馬個資的紙，覆蓋原本資料。民警查證發現身分證所有人是一位王姓男子，且他住濟南，不在美國。

民警調查得知，這名王姓市民二○一○年在網咖遺失這張身分證，被人撿到拿到網咖用，之後這張證件就被郭姓經理留著，讓其他沒有身分證的顧客用假證件上網。

中國政府規定，網咖業者必須先登記使用者身分證號碼，才能讓客人上網，這是當局管控網路的措施之一。郭姓經理此舉讓顧客，尤其是青少年，不需要登記自己的真實身分也能上網。據中國法律，偽造身分證可處最高一千人民幣（將近四千九百元台幣）罰款或由警察機關拘留十天，同時沒收違法所得。郭姓經理已遭行政處罰，身分證也物歸原主。

這個路口在月底很常有警察開單 我禮拜六早上約九點上家教都需要左轉這個路口 已經遇過兩次有警察攔好幾台車在開單了 而且時間都在月底 真的要多加小心啊 話說我每次都有兩段式左轉，因為常常都騎在最右邊 要切到內側去轉也不容易，索性就每次都兩段式 其實照經驗，這個路口等兩段式不用很久 應該等一下是還OK啦 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.216.85

手機更換螢幕回來!如何知道裡面是不是新的液晶螢幕!覺的在全黑色畫面時.黑白階很明顯.這是不是有問題?
