我有一台2010年HONDA FIT VTi-S白色頂級車一部，剛過三年，開不到3萬公里，女生開的，有加裝(前霧燈、後尾翼、排擋鎖)非原廠，車牌花3千元標到的，請問中古車行收購價是多少？自售價差多少？如果已經是二手車了，收購價會有差嗎？希望相關人士能幫忙解答，謝謝。

請教達人~2樓住戶如何不透過水塔直接取用自來水使用??

你好!

不使用樓上水塔供水...

因為住家供水管及水錶都在樓上

要從樓下幹管[或儲水池]直接接水.工程細節很多的.很麻煩的

建議由馬達電源方向來處裡.會較單純

四樓馬達電源關閉.水塔會沒水

其它同棟鄰居一定也沒水可用

找水電師傅.由樓梯間找是否有公共電源

馬達由公共電源接線使用

沒多少錢.大家一起分攤....

金庸題錯字? 奕園也是弈園

〔自由時報記者洪美秀／竹市報導〕由金庸題字的清大奕園竟是錯別字？有民眾指圍棋對弈應是「弈」字，為何會寫成「奕」﹖對此，清大校長陳力俊說，根據教育部國語辭典解釋，奕與弈是相同字，金庸大師並沒有寫白字，兩者可通用。

對日前有民眾稱清大奕園的奕是白字，陳力俊解釋說，國音中「ㄧˋ」字有188個字，幾乎都是正向意義。而「奕」通「弈」，即下棋之意，但「奕」還有大、美好等正面意義，清大沒有寫白字，武俠大師金庸也沒寫白字，歡迎大家到奕園遊覽，期許奕園成為大家學棋、下棋、賞棋和怡情養性、神采奕奕的去處。

陳力俊說，奕園中有6名圍棋大師的介紹，熱愛圍棋的前校長沈君山還為5人取了封號，像「棋神」吳清源、「棋師」木谷實、「棋聖」林海峰、「棋俠」曹薰鉉，以及「棋雄」聶衛平，另一則是中國棋王陳祖德，清大在奕園中除介紹棋王生平，更將其生平重要的棋譜刻印上去，讓愛好圍棋者觀摩學習。

而在草原區也以圍棋黑白子造型創作「對奕．對藝」，還有可下棋對弈的奕亭，可說是台灣乃至全世界最具特色的圍棋公園勝地。
