明天(31號)是立法院本會期的最後一天，各界預料證所稅可能進行審議。不過，在野各黨團對修法內容還有不同意見，甚至傾向拉下協商等六月的臨時會再行處理。不過，國民黨團書記長賴士葆表示，雖然希望不大，但還是有一絲絲希望，強調會再努力。(蕭照平報導)

攸關九百萬股民期待的證所稅修法，將在31號立法院本會期進行最後審議。國民黨團書記長賴士葆表示，黨團版本很確定，拿掉股市 8500 點的天險、以及對IPO核實課稅就是修法底線。

儘管台聯軟化態度，但是黨籍立委對「廢除IPO核實課稅」的立場還是沒有改變。而親民黨團總召李桐豪則認為，院會要處理證所稅的可能性不高，不過，如果行政部門有人願意先為證所稅的錯誤立法道歉，且國民黨團也不動用黨紀的話，親民黨可以考慮在院會上交付表決。

至於國會最大在野黨的民進黨團態度如何？據了解，黨籍立委認為在股市放火的是國民黨，說要救火的也是國民黨，不能因此就強逼在野黨配合修法，所以傾向臨時會再來討論證所稅，不過是否會有進一步的行動，還是要等民進黨31號黨團大會的最後決議。
