| 新北創意市集開張

新北市文化局主辦的「新北市創意市集」，今天在新店碧潭開張，展示電影、織品、紙本文具、生活設計、音樂、女性等6大類主題文創商品，開幕典禮中，安排模特兒穿著不同主題的服裝走秀，象徵新北市是文創設計者的伸展台。
新北市文化局指出，新北創意市集舉辦時間為期半年，從今年6月起至11月止，時間為每周六、日下午3點至晚上9點，地點採4地巡迴舉辦，每月第一周至第四周的地點，分別在新店碧潭東岸廣場、板橋車站站前廣場，土城捷運海山站前和中和四號公園。

隨機變數X 表示某一地區年降雨量，X 呈現常態分佈；參數是 10， 4（單位：公釐）。
(1)一年降雨量超過 15 公釐屬於多雨年，計算多雨年發生的機率。
(2)一年降雨量低於 2.5 公釐屬於乾旱年，計算乾旱年發生的機率。
(3)一年降雨量介於 屬於正常年，計算正常年發生的機率。

| 軍人涉酒駕撞死孕婦 「計程車之花」香消玉殞

金門縣傳出1名空軍雷達站服役的洪姓軍人(20歲)上月18日涉酒後騎乘機車，撞上1名懷胎2月的林姓孕婦(年約30歲)撞成重傷，上月22日不治。警方調查，洪男家人事後竟把肇事機車載回家，意圖湮滅證據，且洪男犯後態度不佳意圖串供，軍檢已收押偵辦中。
死者家屬透露，林女在小金門「計程車之花」稱號，去年底才與軍官夫婿結為連理，平常晚間有出門散步的習慣，當時「只差５分鐘就可以到家」，卻遭不幸，一屍2命。
肇事家屬向警方指稱，「因為機車發不動，所以先載走」，警聽聞後氣的痛罵，「簡直太可惡了，難道人命不如機車！」軍方表示，全案已進入司法程序不便評論。
