瑞士洛桑國際管理學院（IMD）發布2013年全球競爭力排名，台灣在60個國家中，排名從去年的第7名大幅滑落到第11名。立法院民進黨團今（30）日召開記者會指出，油電雙漲導致物價上漲，也造成台灣競爭力下降，呼籲馬英九總統10月的電價凍漲。

民進黨團幹事長潘孟安表示，從IMD的評比，台灣競爭力逐漸流失，呼籲馬總統不要再睡了，少游一點泳，多關心國政，台灣物價上漲，就是油電雙漲造成的，既然要解悶經濟，呼籲10月的電價凍漲。

對於行政院長江宜樺宣布4大面向、13項提振景氣措施，預計在5年內投入32億元。民進黨團書記長邱議瑩表示，這是舊瓶裝新酒，名字換一換，民眾還是感受不到。

她說，從評比發現，物價從2012年排名第6，今年已退步到26，但卻聽不到政府當局有任何的改進，在此呼籲10月的電價一定要凍漲。
