摘要：受日本型僱用制影響，日本企業相當重視「新卒資格」，也就是說，畢業生找工作最大籌碼就是應屆身分。為了把握僅有的機會，日本大學生每個人都戰戰兢兢，從大三就開始找工作。而在學校端，大學為學生提供的職涯課程與活動，從大一到大四都有，如此精心設計，就是希望學生在畢業前，能順利拿到內定資格。

| 打滾兵母控Jolin全家跩 「把人當窮親戚」

大頭兵蔡鼎鈞3月底在捷運站打滾哭喊「我不想回部隊」，引發社會注目，其父為扭轉愛子形象，稱兒子是「蔡依林表弟」，卻被Jolin的經紀人駁斥僅是粉絲，使蔡鼎鈞母親蔡如淑因跨海憤指Jolin一家人「沒有家庭道德」。雖最後水落石出，所有矛盾皆因Jolin爸爸和姊姊蔡旻紋而起，但蔡如淑認為Jolin難辭其咎，揚言提告。
蔡如淑接受《蘋果》訪問表示：「因為姊姊的態度，所以妹妹有同樣的態度，她沒辦法逃避責任；有其母就有其女，我大哥大嫂的行為就影響2個孩子，全家人故意不理不睬、很跩，把我們當窮親戚。」並要求一定要召開記者會道歉，否則不排除提告。
