我本身是私立環境工程畢業的，今天有去一家公司面試 只是小弟有太多疑問了 所以來這詢求大家的意見 公司:三越(永豐餘分公司) 待遇:25K(底薪23K加上輔助金) 工時:作6休2(輪班制，日/夜/大夜班) 早上7點~下午3點、下午3點~晚上11點、晚上11點~早上7點 中午有休息(時間不一定) 6天日班休兩天後換6天夜班休兩天這樣排下去 工作內容是機台的操作以及水質的檢測，打掃和搬物品 面試員帶我在工廠介紹時也就稍微介紹一下就結束了 只是其他部分像是勞健保，問了面試人員他也表示由上級決定 多出來的工時他也說會加到加班費用，但是有多少也是上級決定的 因為福利上的內容不是很明確，也想說進入這行業是否有發展空間 所以特別來發問 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.63.250

| 台鐵駕駛殉職未獲撫卹 試委擬翻案

【王家俊／台北報導】台鐵太魯閣號殉職機車長蔡崇輝遺族未獲「冒險犯難因公撫卹」，考試院會上午引發考試委員熱烈討論，多位試委打算「翻案」，討論放寬標準，但銓敘部堅持，全案經專家學者撫卹小組討論，家屬不服、已進入司法程序，一審法官判銓敘部勝訴，必須尊重司法。考試院長關中裁示，請銓敘部再行研議是否重修標準，下周報告院會。
銓敘部官員則說，民國30年至今，70年內獲得冒難犯難撫卹的公務員只有40人，符合資格的要件，必須要有災難現場或是危難事故發生，例如火已經很旺了、消防員衝進去火場救人殉職，警察冒險逮捕持槍歹徒遭射死，或921大地震赴災區救災死亡等，在司法案件未終了前，不打算重擬冒險犯難定義。
