人因mp5 UC609 為啥不能看影片??~~急

我買的是 人因UC609 但下載很多影片她都說"文件格是不支持"我也試過轉檔了,按照說明書寫的,我的影片格式也是mp4和avi和flv但就是不讓我看,而且我也把畫質用很低了
為甚麼??拜託教我

證所稅修正延宕 稅收恐遭殃

(中央社記者吳靜君台北2日電) 證所稅修法在立法院本會期最後一天未能過關，約延後1個月，在政治角力之下不僅為證所稅修正增添變數，悶經濟恐怕更悶外，政府的稅收恐怕也遭影響。

證所稅修法，在立法院本會期最後一天確定無法過關，恐還要延後1個月再審，政治的變數太多，易造成股民信心鬆動，近期台股，恐怕又會更悶了。

資誠會計師事務所會計師許祺昌表示，按照新版的證所稅修訂，是會追朔回今年1月1日，所以即使過了8500點投資人所繳的稅，應該都會退回，所以對於證所稅早過與晚過對於台股的影響，端看投資人的信心。

許祺昌認為，如果修正證所稅可以迅速過關，台股股價可以表現佳，大家的消費信心也會好一點。

許祺昌曾經指出，若新版證所稅可以實施，台股每日成交值有機會可以恢復到新台幣1000億元。但是證所稅修法現在還要拚過關，許祺昌則說，台股的成交值現在很難講。

台大經濟系教授林向愷則質疑，政府一直不敢公布新版證所稅的新增稅收預估值，顯然新版證所稅不僅「放小」也「放大」，新版證所稅只是徒有證所稅的空殼。

安永會計師事務所卻認為，新版證所稅若過關，台股的成交值可以恢復千億元的水準，證交稅的稅收也有機會可以恢復到以往的水準，對於政府本身來說是有幫助的。

安永會計師事務所表示，大戶若認為稅收便宜，不會影響他們的投資效益，不排除會願意增加投資台股。台股的成交值若可以增加，也許稅收就會增加。1020602
